Frank Tony Eshun is currently the Group CEO of the Sealand Africa Group of companies overseeing the Group’s activities across the different countries. The Sealand Group comprises Sealand Shipping & Inland Services, Sealand Insurance Brokers and LogiPro Consult.

Frank has extensive knowledge and experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Over the past decade, he has structured and implemented strategies that has shaped the industry across West Africa. Prior to establishing Sealand Africa, he had been developing and providing solutions to the industry for almost 20 years working, for the Maersk Group. He worked in various roles and different units of the group in Switzerland and across West Africa. His most recent role was with Damco (part of the AP Moller Maersk group) as the Chief Commercial Officer for West Africa. In that role, he was responsible for business development and growth of the Damco brand in West Africa and also managed global and regional accounts.

Frank has been involved in advocacy groups that seek to promote the growth and development of the transport industry. He is a founding member of the Borderless Alliance West Africa and continues to contribute to positively to changing the landscape of doing business in West Africa through speaking at various workshops and conferences.

Frank is a Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS). He also holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and Bsc. in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.
