Franklin is a Member of the Global Innovation Advisors from the International Development Innovation Alliance.

He is the Lead Focal Person for the Ghana Economic Transformation Programme with the World Bank for the NEIP. He is Currently the Director of Business Support and Policy For the National entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme. (NEIP) under the Office of the President.
