Dr. Vida Graham is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Kesinor Microfinance Limited and the Chief Operating Officer of the Chill River Resort. She is a seasoned banker and finance expert with over fifteen years’ of experience in International Banking and Finance. She also is a faculty member for the Ghana Association of Microfinance Training School. Additionally, Vida serves as a board member of Infrastructure Solutions Limited and the Chill River Resort and Also the Meridian Ghana Conference of the SDA Church. Vida also has expertise in customer Service, Sales, Foreign Exchange, International Trade, Operations, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Control, Risk Management, Finance, Operational Risk Management, Employee wellness, Business Process-engineering, Project Management, Gender, Women’s’ Groups (Financial) Empowerment, Project Finance etc.

Dr. Vida set up Kesinor Microfinance Limited in 2011 and has been the Chief Executive Officer since its inception. She also set up the Chill River Resort and runs it with her family Prior, Vida worked in Stanbic Bank for over ten years and held various positions in the Treasury, Operations, Human Resources and International Payments Units. Additionally, Vida set up the Learning Centre in Stanbic Bank and managed it in the capacity of Learning and Development Consultant for three years. She has also worked at the Ministry of Finance and Pentax Management Consultancy Services Ltd.)
